- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Stir in paprika and caraway seeds, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add diced tomatoes and vegetable broth, bringing to a simmer.
- Incorporate the cooked chickpeas, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
