Description
A flavorful chicken dish coated with a spicy and tangy bang bang sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken strips in the sauce mixture.
- Roll the coated chicken in panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with extra bang bang sauce on the side.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
