Description

A flavorful chicken dish coated with a spicy and tangy bang bang sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken strips in the sauce mixture.
  3. Roll the coated chicken in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve with extra bang bang sauce on the side.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
  • Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
