- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pita bread for serving

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cayenne, olive oil, yogurt, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are coated well. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the chicken thinly and serve in pita bread with fresh vegetables and creamy garlic sauce.

- For a spicier kick, add more cayenne pepper.
