- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the cooked chicken and frozen mixed vegetables. Sauté for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the egg noodles and stir to combine.
- Cover the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add your choice of vegetables.
- For a richer flavor, add herbs like thyme or parsley.
