Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the cooked chicken and frozen mixed vegetables. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  5. Add the egg noodles and stir to combine.
  6. Cover the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
  7. Serve warm.
