Description

A delicious chicken garlic sandwich perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with minced garlic, mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the chicken mixture evenly on one slice of bread.
  3. Add lettuce leaves and tomato slices on top of the chicken.
  4. Place the other slice of bread on top to form a sandwich.
  5. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
