- 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with minced garlic, mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly on one slice of bread.
- Add lettuce leaves and tomato slices on top of the chicken.
- Place the other slice of bread on top to form a sandwich.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
