- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread Dijon mustard on one side of each tortilla.
- Layer shredded chicken, diced ham, and Swiss cheese on half of each tortilla.
- Fold the tortillas in half to cover the filling.
- Cook each quesadilla in the skillet until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before slicing.
