Description

Chewy Brownie Cookies are rich, fudgy cookies that combine the best of brownies and cookies in one delicious treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and stir until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop dough by tablespoon onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set.
  9. Let cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
