Ingredients

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the almond milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Stir again to prevent clumps from forming.
- Add the chopped cherries and mix well.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.

- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Use any type of milk if you prefer.
- Can top with additional cherries before serving.
