Description

A healthy and delicious dessert made with cherries and chia seeds.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the almond milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir again to prevent clumps from forming.
  4. Add the chopped cherries and mix well.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy.
