Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add flour and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Slowly whisk in milk, stirring until smooth.
  5. Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted.
  6. Stir in honey, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  7. Add cooked macaroni and shredded chicken to the cheese sauce, mixing well.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Notes

  • Adjust honey and pepper to taste.
  • Can substitute chicken with turkey or tofu for a different flavor.
