- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour and stir for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in milk, stirring until smooth.
- Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted.
- Stir in honey, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add cooked macaroni and shredded chicken to the cheese sauce, mixing well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Notes
- Adjust honey and pepper to taste.
- Can substitute chicken with turkey or tofu for a different flavor.
- Garnish with parsley for added color.
