- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup Sloppy Joe sauce
- 4 slices of garlic bread
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in ground beef and cook until browned.
- Drain excess fat and add Sloppy Joe sauce.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place garlic bread on a baking sheet.
- Top each slice with the meat mixture and cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
