- 2 flatbreads
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions to the beef and cook until softened.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread ketchup and mustard over the flatbreads.
- Distribute the beef mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes and pickles.
- Slice and serve warm.
