Description

A delicious and easy-to-make cheeseburger flatbread recipe that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with a crispy flatbread.


Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onions to the beef and cook until softened.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread ketchup and mustard over the flatbreads.
  6. Distribute the beef mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes and pickles.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
