Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk and melted butter to the flour mixture and stir until combined.
- Spoon the biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Frozen mixed vegetables can be used.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
