Description

Delicious nachos topped with a variety of charcuterie meats and cheeses.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sliced salami
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer the shredded cheddar cheese over the chips.
  4. Add the sliced salami and pepperoni on top of the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the black olives and cherry tomatoes over the meat.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with green onions and cilantro.
  8. Serve with sour cream on the side.

Notes

  • You can substitute any of the meats with your favorites.
  • Adjust the amount of cheese based on your preference.
  • Try adding jalapeños for some heat.
