Description
Delicious nachos topped with a variety of charcuterie meats and cheeses.
Ingredients

- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sliced salami
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
- Layer the shredded cheddar cheese over the chips.
- Add the sliced salami and pepperoni on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the black olives and cherry tomatoes over the meat.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with green onions and cilantro.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.
Notes
- You can substitute any of the meats with your favorites.
- Adjust the amount of cheese based on your preference.
- Try adding jalapeños for some heat.
