A healthy and delicious bowl featuring cauliflower rice and turkey.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, riced
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until bell pepper is tender.
- Add riced cauliflower, stir well, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- You can add other vegetables as desired.
- Serve with avocado for extra creaminess.
