Description

A healthy and delicious bowl featuring cauliflower rice and turkey.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, riced
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in bell pepper, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook until bell pepper is tender.
  6. Add riced cauliflower, stir well, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro.

  • You can add other vegetables as desired.
