- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Add crab meat, cream, and Cajun seasoning to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Add cooked macaroni and cheeses to the skillet. Mix until combined and creamy.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cheese and cream.
