Description
A simple and healthy broccoli and mushroom stir fry.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli and mushrooms, stir-frying for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.

- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
