Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli and mushrooms, stir-frying for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot.
