Description

A delicious pasta salad inspired by the flavors of a Big Mac.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup diced pickles
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and cheddar cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
