A delicious pasta salad inspired by the flavors of a Big Mac.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup diced pickles
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked ground beef for extra protein.
