A delicious dessert inspired by the flavors of Samoas cookies, featuring caramel, coconut, and chocolate.

- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs and mix well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven.
- Spread the shredded coconut evenly over the crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the coconut.
- Bake for another 15 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips and pour over the baked bars.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Best enjoyed chilled.
- Can substitute dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
