Description

A delicious dessert inspired by the flavors of Samoas cookies, featuring caramel, coconut, and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add the graham cracker crumbs and mix well.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven.
  6. Spread the shredded coconut evenly over the crust.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the coconut.
  8. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  9. Melt the chocolate chips and pour over the baked bars.
  10. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
