Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with onions and garlic until browned.
- Add cumin, chili powder, and salt to the beef mixture.
- Soften tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and roll them up.
- Place rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
