Description

BBQ Chicken Cheddar Quesadillas are delicious and easy to make. They feature tender chicken, tangy BBQ sauce, and melted cheddar cheese, all grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half with cheddar cheese.
  4. Add a layer of the BBQ chicken mixture on top of the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle more cheese on top and fold the tortilla in half.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from skillet and cut into wedges.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
  • Adjust the BBQ sauce amount to taste.
