A creamy and cheesy baked spaghetti casserole with cream cheese.
Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic.
- Add marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the skillet, stir well.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti, cream cheese, and half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
- Combine the spaghetti mixture with the meat sauce.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheeses.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- This dish can be frozen for later use.
