- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 lime, juiced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil and Cajun seasoning.
- Coat the salmon fillets with the Cajun mixture.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, combine diced avocado and lime juice in a bowl.
- Season the avocado mixture with salt and pepper.
- Once the salmon is done, serve it topped with the avocado mixture.
