A refreshing and hearty pasta salad featuring autumn flavors with apples.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, diced apples, walnuts, cranberries, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Use any type of pasta you prefer.
- Adjust the amount of honey based on sweetness preference.
- This salad can be made a day ahead.
