Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Top the grilled chicken with shredded cheese and allow it to melt.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and avocado slices before serving.
