Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups diced apples
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, blend the sugars, oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the diced apples and walnuts if using.
- Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
