Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded carrots, diced apples, dried cranberries, walnuts, and raisins.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
