Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel and boil the potatoes until soft. Drain and mash them.
