Delicious vegan cupcakes flavored with cardamom and rose.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp rose water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Vegan frosting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cardamom, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk almond milk, vegetable oil, and rose water.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the batter into cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Top with your favorite vegan frosting.
- Garnish with edible rose petals for presentation.
