Description

Delicious vegan cupcakes flavored with cardamom and rose.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp rose water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Vegan frosting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cardamom, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk almond milk, vegetable oil, and rose water.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before frosting.

  • Top with your favorite vegan frosting.
