A delicious and easy-to-make taco pizza appetizer that combines the flavors of tacos and pizza.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread refried beans over the pizza crust.
  3. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beans.
  4. Add cooked ground beef evenly over the beans.
  5. Top with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, onions, and black olives.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  8. Drizzle sour cream and salsa over the top before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the ground beef.
  • Feel free to add other toppings like jalapeños or bell peppers.
