Description

Stuffed meatballs filled with mozzarella cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take a small amount of the mixture and flatten it in your hand.
  4. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center and wrap the meat around it, forming a ball.
  5. Repeat until all meat mixture is used.
  6. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Heat marinara sauce in a saucepan.
  9. Serve meatballs with marinara sauce on top.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • These meatballs can be frozen for later use.
