Description

Spicy Crispy Mexican Taco Pockets are a delicious and easy-to-make snack filled with flavorful ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 package of taco shells
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes to the beef, and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Fill taco shells with the beef mixture and cheese.
  5. Place taco pockets on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
  6. Serve with lettuce, sour cream, and jalapenos.

Notes

  • Feel free to add more toppings as desired.
  • These can be made ahead and reheated.
  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less jalapeno.
