- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 package of taco shells
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes to the beef, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Fill taco shells with the beef mixture and cheese.
- Place taco pockets on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Serve with lettuce, sour cream, and jalapenos.
Notes
- Feel free to add more toppings as desired.
- These can be made ahead and reheated.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less jalapeno.
