Ingredients

- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir well and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Once thickened, layer the chia pudding in jars with chopped pecans and coconut cream.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
