  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (for glaze)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the slow cooker by greasing the inside with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: whisk eggs and vanilla extract, then add to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in the diced peaches gently into the batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared slow cooker, smoothing the top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Prepare the vanilla glaze by whisking powdered sugar, melted butter, and milk until smooth.
  8. Cool the bread in the slow cooker for about 10 minutes before removing.
  9. Drizzle the vanilla glaze over the cooled bread.
  10. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
