Instructions
- Prepare the slow cooker by greasing the inside with cooking spray or butter.
- Mix dry ingredients: combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients: whisk eggs and vanilla extract, then add to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the diced peaches gently into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared slow cooker, smoothing the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Prepare the vanilla glaze by whisking powdered sugar, melted butter, and milk until smooth.
- Cool the bread in the slow cooker for about 10 minutes before removing.
- Drizzle the vanilla glaze over the cooled bread.
- Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
