Description

A delightful dish that combines rich flavors with a tender texture, featuring garlic and parmesan that enhance the natural taste of salmon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (approximately 6 oz each)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or a little olive oil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the slow cooker, skin side down, and pour the garlic-parmesan sauce evenly over the salmon.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Cook for 2 to 3 hours, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
