Description

A simple and hearty slow cooker beef ramen noodle dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef chuck, cut into chunks
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 packets of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Place the beef, beef broth, water, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, add the mushrooms and bok choy.
  4. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  5. Serve the beef mixture over the noodles and garnish with green onions.

  • You can adjust the seasoning to your taste.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or spinach.
