Description

A creamy and flavorful dip made with roasted garlic and goat cheese, perfect for parties or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of garlic
  • 8 oz goat cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap the garlic head in aluminum foil and roast for 30-35 minutes until soft.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine roasted garlic, goat cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream.
  4. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme to the mixture.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
