A delicious twist on the classic cheesesteak, wrapped in a golden stromboli.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef steak
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 package pizza dough
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and peppers, cooking until softened.
- Add the beef steak to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- Layer the beef, onions, peppers, and provolone cheese on the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly around the filling, pinching the ends to seal.
- Brush the top with olive oil and make a few slits for steam to escape.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Feel free to add mushrooms or other toppings.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
