Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with apple cider.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for about 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
