Delicious peanut butter caramel toffee chocolate chip cookie bars that are easy to make.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and toffee bits.
- Spread half the dough into a greased baking pan.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the dough.
- Spread the remaining dough on top of the caramel.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Can be frozen for up to three months.
- Adjust the amount of chocolate chips and toffee to your preference.
