Description

A sweet and buttery dessert made with fresh peaches and a crumbly topping.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Pour the peach mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Add melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until crumbly.
  6. Spread the crumbly topping over the peaches.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
