Delicious and easy-to-make peppermint brownies all in one bowl.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup peppermint chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Melt the butter in a large bowl.
  4. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the melted butter and mix well.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  6. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
  7. Fold in peppermint chocolate chips and crushed peppermint candies.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before cutting into squares.
