A creamy pasta dish featuring five types of cheese baked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ziti pasta
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup fontina cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, provolone, and fontina cheeses.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add cooked ground meat for extra protein.
- Substitute any cheese according to your taste.
- This dish can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
