No Bake Peanut Butter Cup Pie

Description

A delicious no-bake pie made with peanut butter and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pie pan.
  2. In another bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into peanut butter mixture.
  4. Spread peanut butter filling into the crust.
  5. In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil until smooth.
  6. Pour chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
  • Can be topped with whipped cream for serving.
