Description
A delicious no-bake pie made with peanut butter and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pie pan.
- In another bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into peanut butter mixture.
- Spread peanut butter filling into the crust.
- In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Pour chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be topped with whipped cream for serving.
