Description

Keto Salami Roll-Ups are a simple and tasty snack or appetizer that fits perfectly into a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices of salami
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly over each slice of salami.
  2. Place cucumber and bell pepper slices on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Sprinkle fresh dill over the vegetables.
  4. Roll each slice of salami tightly.
