Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  6. Dip each salmon piece first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  7. Place the coated salmon bites on a baking sheet.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
  • For extra crunch, fry the salmon bites instead of baking.
