Homemade Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites are flavorful and crunchy seafood snacks coated in a spicy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip each salmon piece first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated salmon bites on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey for the sauce.
- Serve the salmon bites with the bang bang sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- For extra crunch, fry the salmon bites instead of baking.
- Serve with lime wedges for added flavor.
