A savory and creamy garlic shrimp gratin baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked shrimp and garlic mixture to the bowl and mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
